I admit that I am not always the first one to “change habits.” The marketing term for those who DO take on new products and services as soon as they are launched is “Early Adopters.” I’m definitely not one of them.
I was probably one of the last to switch from a film camera to a digital one, and while traveling, I would take the card out of my camera, and move the pictures to my laptop computer. Of course, if anything happened to that camera card or the computer, all the photos and videos would be gone.
And then I was introduced to Forever®. While there are many things that you can do with your Forever account, I use it mainly to preserve and share photos and videos. And rather than go into detail on how you do that, I have found it to be easy and reliable to use. AND, unlike many cloud services, you are NOT renting the space; you own it forever … well at least for as long as you live plus one hundred more years! But I think that is long enough.
My Forever Ambassador, the one who introduced me to this service (I have also had jig saw puzzles made from photos), is Sharon Eash. Click this link: www.forever.com/ambassador/sharon-eash to get more details on:
1. how easy it is to open your Forever account, even a FREE one;
2. how easy it is to upload (and download) your photos and videos, and
3. what unique products you can make from your photos
4. your purchase of space is a one-time cost; that’s it — ONCE!
And to make using Forever even more enjoyable is that you can order just ONE of a booklet, puzzle, etc. (p.s. I don’t make anything from this link, except the satisfaction of knowing that your photos and videos are now secure.)
No matter what you do in 2024 to enhance your travels, look into using a service for storing photos. My recommendation: Forever®.
