Commence yo’ weekend with a bottomless breakfast at celebrity chef Luke Mangan’s Glass Brasserie in the Hilton Sydney. Each Saturday in between 10am–12:30pm, the 5-star hotel opens up its breakfast buffet to non-hotel guests. For $49pp, you can appreciate a lavish brunch with out getting to book a space.
